@JesterNR1 Based on evidence presented by only the prosecution, and in a district which voted for Biden at a rate of 95%.

@kennybachman35 We know. Charges aren't convictions.
10
@GuitarNinja91 LOL. You can't be serious? 😂
10
@powderedtoastfacekillah734 Do you want to see innocent people imprisoned just so we don't accidentally set some guilty people free? Seems like you do.
6
@powderedtoastfacekillah734 And he suffered for no reason. I wonder what consequences that false imprisonment had on his life, reputation, employment, family, business, mental health, etc.
6
In my opinion, it was unclear. The cop had other options. Police need to start having some respect for the sanctity of human life.
5
Beijing Biden? I agree.
4
@powderedtoastfacekillah734 "Take all accusations seriously" would be more appropriate. If a man accused a woman of rape, I hope you would take that accusation seriously as well.
4
@jflsdknf He didn't have a weapon. In any case, the cop had other options.
3
Trump for president 2024!!!
3
@61three Knock him out, break his arm, etc. In any case, the guy was blackout drunk, he was barely a threat. Shooting someone in the back of the head while their face is planted into the ground is a cold blooded execution. Shoot him in the shoulder if necessary. Lethal force is an absolute last resort. He could have let him go and and called for backup if the cop was that scared. Police are going to either stop using lethal force at the drop of a hat, or the disdain for cops will continue to grow until the public has had enough. If a person chooses to wear a badge, their safety is not the prime objective.
2
@jflsdknf Did the suspect know that? Especially considering be was so drunk he could barely walk. I'm sure the cop knew the suspect was drunk with diminished physical and mental capacities.
2
@willettawilliams6200 Agree.
2
Trash pay? You obviously don't know how much cops make.
2
Agreed.
2
Police will begin to respect the sanctity of human life if they continue to be held accountable for unnecessarily killing suspects.
2
He grabbed for the taser so he wouldn't get tased. Cop should have let him go and called for backup...killing a person shouldn't be the first thing to do.
2
@bartmix8994 LOL. There is proof. Take your head out of the sand.
2
@justme7413 Could have given him the upper hand, "could have" being the operative phrase. How about hire cops who aren't afraid of their own shadows.
2
Beijing Biden sold out America to foreign enemies for personal enrichment.
1
Everyone hates them for how they treat citizens. They act like this is a police state, demanding ID from people for no reason, violating Constitutional rights, constantly having an attitude, ruining people's lives by planting drugs and lying on police reports, etc. The pervasiveness of cameras is showing that the entire institution of law enforcement needs to be overhauled.
1
He went for his taser, not his gun.
1
@The Goods Resisting is not a reason to kill someone.
1
@The Goods You obviously don't know me or my life experience, so you should probably keep your baseless assumptions to yourself. In any case, this wasn't a few thugs, this was one unarmed man who was falling down drunk. If a cop doesn't have the stones to deal with an unarmed drunk man without killing him, maybe they should rethink their career choice. Defending the indefensible simply because he has a badge is one of the reasons for the bad behavior of a large percentage of police.
1
@jerseyjoyride1316 The election was rife with fraud, the amount of evidence cannot be ignored. It defies common sense to believe Biden received 12 million more legitimate votes than Obama.
1
@Joe_Bicycle I wear body armor too and I'm a sharpshooter.
1
@jaimepimentel1502 You don't understand America.
1
@jaimepimentel1502 Then may I assume you would agree that if he tried to grab a taser from a private citizen, that citizen would also be justified in using lethal force in self defense?
1
@bobbunni8722 That's not how the use of force works. I am very surprised how many of you want to live in a police state.
1
@jaimepimentel1502 That's why he should have let him go and requested backup rather than let his ego get the best of him. If the suspect had just murdered someone or he was a wanted fugitive, then I could understand. Police need to use common sense, but their egos get in the way.
1
@jaimepimentel1502 I don't agree. I didn't say let him go as in let him get away with his crime, but let him go and call for backup. No need to kill people over a misdemeanor. They know what he drives and where he lives....no reason to get into a fight with him. I think a person's life is worth a few extra minutes and a different approach. Have some respect for the sanctity of human life.
1
@surfnaked2143 Nope, I wouldn't have killed him. And cops are civilians too, stop perpetuating the divide between police and the public.
1
Such a ridiculous indictment. Attempts to criminalize free speech are abhorrent. Jack Smith needs to be prosecuted for prosecutorial misconduct and conspiracy to influence the 2024 election.
1
@miknarf No.
1
They will probably get a conviction on something, but it will be overturned on appeal or by the SCOTUS.
1
Because voters know Trump isn't a criminal and the charges are meant to interfere in the election.
