  3. As much as I don't like it, I think the delays that Europe and USA have made have prevented Ukraine from winning the war. Russia probably has won the war due to attrition. Allowing russia to just bomb from russian territory with no fear of being hit back is a way to lose a war. NATO had better buckle up because Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania are next.
