@canskasapaemanon708 You want to drive an SUV, you HAVE to drill for oil. Same with a compact car although it uses less gas. Even if it was an electric vehicle you'd have to mine for lithium ( for the batteries). Maybe it's a "not in my backyard" thing.

@canskasapaemanon708 Energy has to come from somewhere to split water into hydrogen so you can make that hydrogen fuel, but that's beside the point. The guy can go drive whatever he wants, but complaining about drilling while driving a gas guzzler is hypocrisy. He doesn't get the concept of the trade-off. He complains about eminent domain abuse then he's mad because there's not a state of the art hospital on the reservation. Somebody would have to sell their land to the government for that hospital, roads and the other stuff to be built and they might not like what they got paid.
