@PHN-2024 No, the vaccines, etc. were whatever percent effective against the virus that existed THEN. Not what has evolved now or WILL CONTINUE TO EVOLVE IN THE FUTURE. Luckily viruses tend to evolve away from killing the host toward being more mild yet easier to spread.

@Betonnoone No, the virus can still enter your body. But the vaccinated person already has antibodies to it. How many antibodies depends on how good their immune system is and how long it's been since the vaccine.
