Sure it would have been ideal if she'd shown a receipt and they'd backed off, but keep in mind that she's understandably exhausted at the end of a long shift and not thinking of everything. If you believe that knowing not to bully a pregnant woman is a trait unique to single white men, that's pretty racist.

A really deadly virus wouldn't be able to spread as fast because the host would die before the virus could make too many copies of itself, while a milder variant that didn't kill the host would be able to make way more copies of itself, spread more, and outcompete more deadly variants. So, as viruses evolve, they tend to get easier to spread but less deadly to the host.

According to her ( in this lawyer's statement), she was ON the bike prior to the start of the video and they took the bike from her prior to her trying to take it back. Maybe she didn't know cancelling after taking the bike out was possible, or didn't think of it at the time. Keep in mind, she just worked a 12 hour shift. So what if these guys get in trouble? That's the normal consequence of not knowing how to act. And why aren't you saying HE should have just cancelled the bike through the app if he thought he'd rented it and she was the one stealing it?

Even if you assume the lawyer (at 5:12) is 100% lying,and they somehow booked the same bike simultaneously, these bullies are still in the wrong for not letting a pregnant woman have the bike.

Maybe get a hidden cam or phone video from some of the migrants so you can find out what's going on at that place that makes it worse than the sidewalk.
