@varkofard7144 Yeah, it's like bailing out a bathtub with a teacup while the faucet's on, but it makes a good photo-op.

@crazyhorse5163 400,000x4 is 1.6 MILLION. NOT "16 MILLION"!🤦

They just constructed it. And feed it.

@C-Zar-r1l That's not what I'm saying. They work as contract day labor, which keeps our construction costs low here in the USA. Plus, they work under Americans' Socials which puts money into the trust fund (that they'll never see).

@C-Zar-r1l You're outnumbered by people who want affordable houses, though. And affordable meat and produce.

@C-Zar-r1l You're nine years too late! "Change" was Obama's thing. 😂 I'm the bad guy for acknowledging that exploitation exists? You benefit from exploitation, too. Look at the labels on your clothes. Do any of them say Made in USA?

@C-Zar-r1l Thinking "inside the box" is a side effect of the current profit structure of the media system. Information is segregated to create "engaged" groups so platforms can sell target political ads. Ech0 (hambers form, pretty soon people start speaking in buzzwords only their group can understand and regarding outsiders (who haven't heard their buzzwords or heard of the things the insiders have been shown) as !gπorant.

That's the point. The cities barely have cops enough for the violent crime, not to go arresting guys doing day labor. They should only have to provide support if it's the cartels being arrested.

@user-dc6ut5uu3t 🤔Of selling a cabinet position to the richest man in the world?
1
@RozaP-h4v As of February, Trump appointee EM is the richest man in the world. Blackrock's CEO endorsed Trump. Bezos paid for his inauguration. Stop playing "red team versus blue team" and realize that wealthy industries buy both parties.

@user-dc6ut5uu3t Even the best-funded police are outnumbered by criminals. Would you want the cops to be busy busting glorified trespassers if someone was trying to break in your house?
1
@mrblaze187 Unlikely. Agribusiness, Hospitality and Construction businesses buy BOTH parties and they like cheap labor. This is a photo op with some low-hanging fruit to impress the public.
