Not enough evidence to convict isn't the same as innocent. This guy's plan was to be a Mr. niceguy, get her drunk and do stuff to her. You can't tell if she's staggering because he's holding her steady with his arm around her waist! Imagine if cops did that when they did the "walk the line" sobriety test-- NOBODY would go to jail! We don't know that he didn't give her more to drink after the walk. She must have been pretty out of it because she doesn't even know if he used a condom and she calls him an @-hole in the morning after texts. I don't blame the school for wanting him out. College students are usually female nowadays so it's a $ thing to them.
