@hanginthere008 Protest groups have specific goals, though. Not all members agree on every issue. Most people don't have unlimited free time to protest every unjust cause.There are also Christian groups out there helping the homeless and some of these abortion abolition guys may be in them while some are not.

@MM-fy8yx This takes place in the USA, where people have freedom of religion and the right to peaceably assemble. Secondly, the baby IS a separate entity with separate DNA from the mother. An unfertilized ovum is comparable to a sperm, a fetus is not because it already possesses the same DNA, (different than it's mother and father's), that it will as an adult. The only variable is time. There's no legal concept of absolute bodily autonomy in the USA. Nobody will cut off your healthy leg because you don't want it. If you want a medical implant or even a drug that's not FDA approved, it's not going to happen.

@terenarosa4790 You can lecture kids on right and wrong, but if they've been kept in a bubble, they think things can't really be that bad and that life away from home is just a big party. At some point, kids will be exposed to the things that go on in this sick, sad world, with a parent along to guide them or not. Much harder to keep them in a bubble these days when even the pre-K cartoons teach cross-dressing as a sexual identity and smart phones are porn dispensers. This guy's idea of teaching the kid right and wrong is to lead by example and protest against evil.

If these women were getting abortions because of tubal pregnancies and other situations where the mother's life is threatened and the baby can't survive, then there wouldn't be all these protestors.

@KL-ie3dj You can "disqualify" pretty much any movement by saying it should prioritize a different issue. Protecting innocent life is what these guys have picked for their priority. The thing is, people are individuals and have differing opinions, so while this bunch agrees on being against abortion, they probably disagree on other issues. They're protesting abortion today, but some of them may be protesting other things on other days. You mentioned a lot of issues. These guys seem pretty conservative, so they most likely consider "gun violence" to be "crime" and support being tough on crime. Conservatives are generally for lowering taxes. Conservatives also tend to prioritize food supply over environmental regulations. Many are opposed to aid to Ukraine due to the national debt. This is just in general, each has their own personal opinion.

@karenvonbargen4472 I think it's great that they can keep warm,visit, and also get food to take home. Where I am at, the senior activities are all pay in advance bus trips to go shopping somewhere and the food distributions have people waiting outside with boxes in different locations on different days.

Circumcision at least aids cleanliness and reduces the transmission of bacteria, so it's not without use. I think it's disingenuous to compare something as simple as circumcision to taking the head off and relocating it , hollowing it out and flipping it inside out to create a girl- looking result. Not a decision a kid too young to consent to marriage (or even to have a beer) should be making. Also, things like glaucoma, cataracts, etc. are ACTUAL DISEASES. "I'm a dude but I feel girly" is not a medical condion.
