  1. Your imaginary "Karens" make way more sense than this "learning how to be good neighbors" guy in the purple. "Housing first" means they DON'T screen for drug use, mental problems, criminal history, etc. Would you want to pay high taxes to barricade yourself indoors and never let your kids play in the yard?
