  16. Frugal people DON'T TAKE OUT LOANS! If they absolutely have to, ( medical debt, for instance)they pay them off right away. They SAVE and PAY CASH. Paycheck to paycheck is the result of a lot of bad choices.

  19. If you'd chosen to LIVE BELOW YOUR MEANS and invested the difference, you'd likely be retired by now. Nobody HAS to budget or be financially responsible, or save and pay cash, they can wing it and end up debt slaves.
