  1. The Hotel manager should warn, and evict if necessary, any guests that abuse or threaten the staff. No matter where those guests are from. Guests with active TB should be hospitalized, not in a hotel.

  4. The hotels need to serve food grab-and-go buffet style and give the rest to the homeless. I get the hoarding stuff because these migrants came with nothing but the clothes on their backs, but they need to keep things neat or get kicked out. Some other migrant will arrive to take the room, so it's not like the hotel will lose any govt. reimbursement. I think the hotel manager IS at fault for allowing the migrants ( or any other guest) to disrespect the staff.
