  4. Projects are not " new, from Finland!" They're an OLD idea that already failed! What happens when you stick CRIMINALS, CRAZIES and JUNKIES next to the working poor? Let's try it again! Last time, the kids of single mothers formed gangs, but maybe it'll be different this time?

The only reason housing isn't more unaffordable is because it's built and maintained by illegals, who work cheap and can't sue for injuries because they don't want to be found and deported. As far as HOAs, cities could pass laws limiting HOAs' ability to regulate. Homelessness is a government-created problem. People in 3rd world countries build themselves shacks from scrap on public land.
