  7.  @marcblock7581  No tax on tips is a problem. More tips will be expected from the public because of this loophole. Salaries will go down with the expectation that tips will rise. The government ( already in massive debt) will take in less than it needs and go into further debt.

  10. @debradiane3929  "Hope" isn't a good financial strategy. Neither is giving out cash when you're trillions in debt! You have to use the LOW estimate for income and the HIGH estimate for expenses if you want to stay solvent.

  14. Give some to the people who were laid off and put the rest toward debt. Handing out free money makes people bid things up like an auction and we get more inflation. Don't count on that target goal of savings til it happens.
