My relative in Peru has been telling me about the "vague" protest thing for months! They march around yelling stuff such as "THE PEOPLE UNITED WILL NOT BE DEFEATED" and you can't even tell what group it is or what they want. A lot of the people against the Presidenta are the same people that voted for her as Castillo's VP!
