@We-R-Modern France was planning to send people in space they had their launch base in Algeria but they gave up after they had bad luck in the 1960s. south africa had ambitions too but never got far

that was mainstream science a few decades before this happened i guess this guy didn't have much access to recent books i was reading books from the 1960s in the year 2000. so i can imagine people in 1960 in the poorest country in the world being stuck with books from 1910.

@danielduncan6806 no you are wrong there are people with disabilities who won't survive for a long time on the space station. and will probably end up breaking something taking everyone else down with them.

At this rate its going to take so long it will probably be a random country that is not great now but will be more advanced in 1000+ years while America and other major countries in the present decline
