Probably not any time soon maybe 20+ years from now if things don't change Russia looks for easy targets all the time so the countries have to be prepared. right now the west is going downhill but they were not going to attack a nato or eu country but also not a country that they consider an ally. so they went for Ukraine since there aren't a lot of countries that fit these criteria but maybe the future leaders of Russia will be more peaceful since its the distant future

  21. its already too late people don't want to switch to new platforms unless they are very different from stuff that already exists. in the past some European tech companies had some success but with things that are no longer high tech like nokia .but nobody thought stuff like twitter would actually be successful so eu companies focussed on trying to compete with youtube and on hardware and video games. and of you were around back in the early 2000s that would have made a lot of sense but even back then you needed to be quick and lucky
