  19. this stuff is just going to change every few years at the whims of political parties that hate each other and just want to do the opposite of the other party .so they can't get anything done since people vote over domestic issues and random things its impossible to get a perfect party for everyone. in America this is a big problem for nasa were they keep cancelling projects like George bush planned to go to the moon again in 2018 but Obama scrapped that. and then trump came and scrapped Obamas plans and so on
