@NarutoUzumakiofficial because they are not as special as that other country. but it's also because they tried to be both pro Russia but not totally. and Russia is too busy to help and doesn't really care since Azerbaijan has more resources. and America won't help. because while Azerbaijan is not in nato turkey is in nato. and turkey and Azerbaijan want to unite into some kind of turkic alliance with other central Asian countries too.

it would have been fine if they just went in and forced Venezuela to stop and then went away again .but America tends to stay way too long in these countries .

not just south America most of the world is like this .just look at the Balkan everything goes great then they bring back old conflicts and the country is ruined for the next generation . i personally get blamed for thing i apparently did over 100 years ago too .
