Its like this all over the world Russia and Poland are some of the more linguistically purist countries in some places the language in parts of Africa and Asia the languages are turning into English hybrids and in the Netherlands and Scandinavia you are considered dumb in you are not fluent in English

In many parts of Asia they take way more lone words than Europe from what i have noticed for example i played some old video games that where only sold in japan but 90% of the text is in broken English but a games that are localized in European languages or made in Europe are normally completely translated.
