  6. Italy has a warm climate here in the north i need to watch out that i don't use my heating too much. i pay 2x more now but i am still doing fine and i am poor by Belgian standards but rich by Russian ones.

  10.  @thilakhari  Russia has lower crime rates than big cites in Ireland .but most other things are worse and in terms of technology Russia makes a lot of stuff by themselves that most countries don't. but to the average person its not very advanced.
