Yea the big probably with socialism is the ban on free trade this really limits peoples opportunity to make money also. about the land thing houses are getting more expensive but why? is it because corporations buy everything and make things more expensive or is it because there are simply not enough homes. and why are they not building more homes i think its because of environmental laws. some countries like Belgium are densely populated so they shouldn't build much more or there wont be any nature left but others like iceland or canada or Australia are sparsely populated but yet they are not building more while there is a lack of cheap homes .and when i bought my house i had to pay a lot more money because i was forced to modernise the electricity and insulation. and i now have to pay property tax too. i think its probably a combination of the 2.

  5. Great its really disappointing how so many scientists are communist. its clearly inferior you can't stop poverty by making it so people cant buy and sell things that makes things way worse. i do believe that a welfare state is good as long as the taxes remain reasonably low.
