  1. if you actually want to live there Serbia since Mexico has very high crime and its not improving while Serbia has very low crime and the country is getting richer quickly .but for travel mexico is better since Serbia has been involved with political drama while Mexico tries to be more neutral .

  2. its because the country is so small a big storm will affect the entire country while in normal sized countries it will only affect certain regions .
