  4. it could have been very nice unfortunately western Europe will copy all mistakes America makes .but at least eastern and central Europe exists and most if it still has smart people and is maybe stereotypically known for having good programmers. often non western tech companies do things quite differently from American ones and that is usually a good thing. but most countries just don't do much. i really like the stuff made in japan or south Korea or Russia and the Czechia but there is a language barrier and sometimes they just block foreigners from using it because they assume non would want to and they usually don't bother .most countries don't really respect entrepreneurs and just laugh at you when you want to make your own websites or programs. and its going to be hard to compete in the global market with American companies because they have more brand recognition . that may change if American tech companies keep doing it since the culture got so bad starting new companies and doing things differently is harder than 10 years ago .
