  1. its weird some culture don't use their language online at all and the internet as been a net negative while others use it a lot online but they were so poor they never had tv shows in their language or even books. i can compare 2 languages that have nothing in common apart from population size. Hmong and Norwegian go back 30 years and in Norway you had a lot of Norwegian tv shows and books and so on .while in places were they speak Hmong they didn't have anything like that because they were poor and not independent. nowadays if you google Norwegian words you will only get stuff made by the Norwegian government and corporations and its basically just like the 90s but more politically correct. while if you search words in hmong you will get a lot of videos made by ordinary people about a lot of things. its not on par with languages like english but way better than Norwegian or dutch Norwegian does have an edge when it comes to things like Wikipedia while hmong people focus more on video content .
