18:00 well personally i noticed i met most of my friends in school i have not made many new friends in my adult life .and during my childhood there was nobody of my own age in my neighbourhood everyone was either too old or too young. nowadays i can make friends with people who are 15 years older or 10 years younger than me .but when you are 10 a few years make a huge difference so that is one good thing about school for me at least .but it depends on were you live it seems that my neighbourhood has a lot of kids now .but when i grew up everyone living there was super old and their kids were of my parents generation or even older .but now they are dead and new couples have moved into their homes
