  5. I assume that is only in cities and suburbs because if you drive too fast in such areas you will crash into sometime quickly but in most other places that would be super slow a bicycle would be faster

Yea where i live the closest hospital is close. by car but its in a forest and the other side of the city so it takes a while to get there by bus. my old doctor lived very close to were i live but he quitted because of old age. there is another one i can get there by walking but it takes hours when i am sick i wont do that.
