  1. I am not sure if Stalin did this but in the cold war the Ussr did that a lot even communist Romania and Cuba did it despite being very poor themselves i think Cuba still does it.

It started off mixed the art in the 00s decade was worse than the 1990s but we got a lot of cool new tech at that time the movies and video games where pretty fun the 10s have been very bad and even technology has not improved much movies became a lot worse and the 20s so far have been a nightmare but we still have 79 more years so maybe the time when i am a old man could be good hopefully.
