They will if western Europe keeps doing dumb things trying to turn themselves into weird hippy communes without functioning law enforcement while at the same time trying to do censorship. and eastern Europe doesn't get randomly invaded by Russia like they did in Ukraine. or they start resurrecting 1000+ years old border deputes or other conflicts like in the Balkans in the 90s and end up fighting each other.
