Dubai is an odd choice but going to central Europe or certain places in asia or even africa seems like it could be a good last resort .but generally moving is a big deal if you are not rich you got to do your research a lot of people moved to Russia or Ukraine 5 years ago and regretted it. for me i have too much to lose i got very lucky were i live and i don't think i will be able to get that lucky again .but if i was an average person working all the time and not getting much help from my friends i would gave considered it. and also right now the future is uncertain maybe things will get better eventually so i would wait until at least 2030 or even later to see if anything good is happening .
