Yea eastern Europe has very low crime rates even compared to western Europe and north America. and while Russia has a bad government right now most other eastern European countries are democratic and have free speech. and the only reason they are not as rich as western Europe is because they had bad luck for the last few centuries and need to play catch up.

  23.  @mimorisenpai8540  compared to places like Mongolia or Thailand life in japan and south korea is great .its probably better than the us too because of the healthcare system and low crime .its not as good as Switzerland unfortunately . but i don't want to compare them to western countries since people like japan and south korea because the culture is different. people probably would be more interested in places like Thailand or India if they were richer and more free. everyone knows American and European culture .
