Yea eastern Europe has very low crime rates even compared to western Europe and north America. and while Russia has a bad government right now most other eastern European countries are democratic and have free speech. and the only reason they are not as rich as western Europe is because they had bad luck for the last few centuries and need to play catch up.

  4. South Africa is rich compared most other African countries but that is not saying much. i think the country has more in common with western europe but with more poverty
