  1. i disagree with your views on Germany but in this case if the republicans won it would have been even worse .since they would be another Warsaw pact country and would have to deal with a dictatorship until at least 1991 maybe even longer .while this regime ended in 1975 in a very peaceful way but in an ideal world it would have been a democracy since 1936

  3.  @eliodacruz2695  maybe but usually the dictators are quite mediocre leaders. and even if they are not their successors could be really bad .sometimes people change over the years .like a leader that was great at one point becomes bad either because of mental health issues or just because they are old and don't keep up with modern issues. i do think most democratic countries have major flaws in how they are run. it could be more efficient but its hard to find the perfect system .since you can't just change the constitution every 10 years.
