  1. I think it was because Poland was already being oppressed by Russia before the ussr while Hungary was oppressed by Austria and the ottomans. Hungary is willing to forgive Russia while Poland sees them like natural rivals. i also think its because Poland is a lot bigger than Hungary and has a bigger chance to defend themselves and be self reliant. while Hungary thinks they will always need help from bigger countries.
