I like to walk every day a few years ago the doctor said to me i did not have enough vitamin d but back then i was already walking every day but usually it was night time so i tried to walk every day but in the last few years i messed up in 2019 i was addicted to a video game and i did not go outside much i also have a messed up sleep schedule so in the fall and winter i only have a hour of daylight after i wake up In summer of 2020 i was too scared to go outside for long times because i could break a rule in summer of 2021 for some reason it was raining almost every day so i did not go outside much now the sun has been going down later again but guess what its raining all the time and its some how colder than it was in most of the winter it was even snowing yesterday the winter was super dry no snow or rain but cold and dark i am considering going on a long vacation in another country with a dry climate but covid randomness will probably make it impossible even now.
