  3. it was also in the 19th century when things were just very different with how slowly troops moved and with how rough life was even during peace time so people were more prepared for it .and if you were lucky your village just got ignored it didn't affect a lot of the country .if you knew a battle was going to happen in your town a few days in advance you could just walk away you had things like the telegram so information moved quite quickly compared to earlier wars but the solders mostly had to just walk or maybe take the train so you probably knew what was going to happen a few days in advance .

  4. @obrnenydrevokocur9344 China Japan Taiwan and south Korea have them. but the rest of world has almost nothing when it comes to tech some. European countries make a few very important parts of factory equipment that is used to make factory equipment in other countries. that makes things we use but most don't even have that.

  5. japan would be split in north and south japan like Korea because Stalin would "help" America in the invasion and it would be bad south Japan will recover and be almost as good as its in our timeline but it would take longer .north japan will ideally end up like Vietnam or Mongolia and become capitalist or communist in name only or maybe even reunite with south japan in the early 90s. but it could end up like north korea and be bad for the foreseeable future. so basically a lot of your favourite anime and video games wouldn't exist but some would .

  17. it would all melt in a summer heatwave causing mass extinction and colossal swarms of bugs will eat it causing a total hellscape with pandemics as the chocolate will reach its expiration date casing even more disease and famine .only those in the mountains would survive as small islands of humanity. after 100 years of rotting and bugs doing their thing only a massive crater in central Europe will remain .and it will be filled with sea water from the Mediterranean causing global sea levels to go lower. creating a new sea in the middle of europe
