  1. japan would be split in north and south japan like Korea because Stalin would "help" America in the invasion and it would be bad south Japan will recover and be almost as good as its in our timeline but it would take longer .north japan will ideally end up like Vietnam or Mongolia and become capitalist or communist in name only or maybe even reunite with south japan in the early 90s. but it could end up like north korea and be bad for the foreseeable future. so basically a lot of your favourite anime and video games wouldn't exist but some would .
