  2.  @demonsluger  Yea but that is a very special situation the game devs did not intent for that to be possible but some players are so skilled they can clear the raid while carrying someone who is just afk And these free 2 play games take it too far in wow you can buy gold for real money but you can do that in most mmos illegally and in wow retail gold is not as important as in some other games

  3. It would get a lot of new players for a short time but then most will leave after a few months and knowing activision they would use it as a excuse to make it pay2win.

  8. The thing i don't get about korean mmos is why they don't just release it world wide why do they need publishers we live in the internet age all they need to do is translate.

  9.  @ohnosmoarlulcatz  Still no reason to block the game off to most of the world i personally would even play the game in korean untranslated i already learned english to play games and i can do it i mean there is no benefit to just blocking all non korean ips even if you don't get many players from outside. Western games don't do this i can play runescape on the australian servers or when i was in cambodia i could play the game just fine as if i was in europe but non of these korean games would ever get a release in a country like that in wow i need to buy the american version but if i do that i can play on there without a vpn i think ff14 lets me play on the japanese servers too (but i have not tried it yet)

  10.  @ohnosmoarlulcatz  Runescape was started by 2 teenagers and a server in their moms kitchen and even at the start you could log in from everywhere they don't need a publisher because the game can be played without any physical media all you need is a internet connection if a country wants to be all authoritarian they just block the game and they can make a special version for that place if they want to

  11.  @ohnosmoarlulcatz  Yea but you misread my comment i said when jagex started out back in the day they where tiny but you could log in from anywhere for osrs right now they have servers in Europe north America and Australia but i can log in to all the regions and the lag barely noticeable connecting from Europe to Australia but osrs is not a action game so it could be bad in other games

Yea they put out so many mmos but they are all bad they take pay2win way too far and also have things like auto play and just put no challenge into the game also this is a very niche issue i have but most of these games wont let me play in the original korean language on the eu servers but only in european languages i use games to learn languages i hate to dismiss games from a entire country but they just have a bad influence.
