  2. since they have no competition they don't put in any effort in bug testing its hard to tell what is a glitch and what is not since they never communicate with the users when comments started disappearing i thought it was just a glitch and it would be fixed soon .but it has been over a year and clearly intentional but sometimes the deleting of comments becomes so bad you can't post anything but that gets fixed after a few hours but i wouldn't be surprised if youtube one day removes the comment section completely since its not considered essential daly motion already did that . i didn't really see the point of a comment section when i first started using youtube i think there are still a lot of people with this view today .but i love the youtube comments because on forums there is no room for off topic talk so you feel very restricted even on platforms that are considered edgy

  25. maybe they would have a point when talking about India and the Netherlands were they use pointless corporate English to appear more smug or when a Korean movie comes out here but we only get the worse English version .while we could just watch the Korean version with subtitles instead or when people don't want to learn other languages apart from English and then get in trouble when they run into people who only speak French or other languages. but if we are talking about England it makes no sense since that is the place were English originated and it has been spoken there for almost 1500 years and started out as just another minor European language with no more speakers than welsh or Dutch. before that time they spoke extinct Celtic languages and before the Celts came they spoke unknown languages that aren't even recorded in history.

  37. people born 1975 to 2000 had the best childhood the way i understand the past was that basically the parents could do whatever they wanted .so this was good if you had good parents and bad if you had bad parents. nowadays things are better if you have bad parents since they are more likely to be stopped but if you got good parents they will be limited in what they can teach and do to solve problems. i think, most people who say the boomers had a good time are American in mainland Europe and to a lesser extent in the uk there was still damage from ww2 that had to be fixed. and in some countries you had less rights and freedoms because the church was still powerful and other reasons. in some countries like Ireland or Portugal things were really bad until later on.

Simon knows the truth about the 1960s i always think it is a mysterious time because while its nit that log ago it was just before the rise of affordable vcr's and cameras with sound it existed but it was too big and expensive so you don't have a lot of footage from ordinary life back then .sometimes it seems relatively modern but other times it seems hard to tell what century the footage is from i know way more about the 70s and 80s because there is just more footage .i noticed people are already idealising the 90s and 2000s and imaging a version of it where everyone had the latest technology and there were no dumb ideas all the issues from the earlier decades had vanished. so i imagine that my view of the 1960s is quite wrong too

  43. Australia is too sparsely populated 25 million people in a country the size of a continent why are they not reproducing i have even seen Australians online worried about over population and they say they don't want any kids because of that LOL.

  46. i used to think Russia wasn't doing this but recently it seems like people are really loving Putin and some are even pro china and north Korea too despite calming to be right wing i think you an tell if someone is working for putin if their main focus is complaining about nato and Ukraine and acting like nato is the eu because this is the stuff russia cares about .but russia doesn't really care about things like migration and bad hate speech laws and other regional issues that only affect the west .some channels have really gone all in on focusing on nato .some people are also just naïve and think Russia is like the other eastern European countries but bigger and don't listen to what Putin says. i have been studying Russian for a few years and i came to the conclusion that Putin has bad intentions like compare tucker Carlson's interview with Putin vs his interview with orban orban understands and likes the west .but Putin was just arrogant and elitist

  48. yea just compare Canada with Hungary the eu has flaws but also advantages. i think Brexit was actually great for countries that are still in the eu because the uk has a lot of authoritarian politicians supporting things like article 13 .this is a very unpopular opinion but i hope more Balkan and Caucasus countries and Ukraine join the eu while Norway and Iceland shouldn't join and hopefully Ireland and Sweden leaves too
