I always wondered if such things existed in the early days of phones .even in the 1990s i thought it could have been useful since with radio you didn't have a lot of channels unless you count shortwave. but the sound quality of phone lines was quite bad and normal phone lines could only do 2 way communication. so you needed a separate cable and phone number for every user .

It depends a lot of parts of eastern Europe were doing badly in the 1800s like Russia and the Balkan. but i think back then central Europe was more of a separate thing these days central Europe is only a geographic thing .because the difference between countries like Austria and Hungary are too big and Hungary has more in common with countries to the east and austria has more in common with the west. but before ww2 you had powerful countries in central Europe doing their own thing like Austria or the Prussians.

@itsMe_TheHerpes If you know a language that is not English write it in that language and YouTube probably wont know what you wrote. if you can't do that use l33t speak or try to replace the first letter of every word

@itsMe_TheHerpes Yea its quite bad indeed .sometimes it seems to focus on you and wont let you post anything meaningful .but usually it fails after you change around letters. try to give me a hint about what your reply was .
