  2. They lost their creativity and will power .most west Europeans these days just want to find the safest and easiest way to make enough money to live a decent life and then just do nothing. Like when you got an idea that is different they will just assume it will flop they will tell you to just become an accountant or something. the tech companies that do exist will just jump on every bandwagon like nft and are usually run by old people who don't know what they are doing and they keep getting bailed out by subsidies

Europe made a lot of smart phones in the 2000s but they were wrong about touch screens so they didn't start making modern style smart phones until it was too late. but those old smart phones with a keyboard from the mid 2000s were not just simple analogue devices just for calling .you could get apps the specs were good enough to play videos and have simple 3d graphics. but the formfactor was clunky. but if you were alive back then this seemed like the best way to do it since early touch screens were bad .but European companies lost their creativity and don't take risks .so when the first i phone came out they assumed it was going to flop because it looked so strange but they were wrong and they kept trying to make phones with a keyboard until it was too late.
