Its not corruption that is going on in france and germany its their wacky ideas that are ruining these once perfect countries.

@Caicedoroystone They are better because Belgium has had more luck in he last 200 years Hungary had more war a communist government and a fascist before that Belgium only had to deal with ww2 and ww1 we where quick with the industrial revolution too we have a coastline that helps a lot too.
