every time i try to sleep early i can't fall asleep and i usually just and up sleeping for like 12 hours .also this is less of an issue now but in the early morning in Europe there is nothing going on all the interesting stuff happens at night. it seems like most European youtubers and live streamers are active at night while Americans are active in the morning in their time zone .and even in asia the interesting stuff doesn't start happening until its mid day in Europe. i can go back before the internet to my childhood in the 90s when i was always frustrated that my favourite movies and tv shows were on tv late .so when i turned 18 and was fortunate enough to not have to work i would just stay up for 48 hours because i could .then in my early 20s i tried to get back to normal or at least go to sleep around 2:00 but i can't do it because my body just refuses .
