  1. ogg vorbis is underrated if you got low storage it still sounds great at low bit rates when mp3 sounds horrible. i think it required more cpu power compared to mp3 but both are very old so unless you are using a flipphone from the 2000s or a pc from the 90s it doesn't matter but i used it on my phone for podcasts since they are long and my pervious phone has low storage. my current one has high storage but i am sure i will have storage issues in the future since future versions of android will take up all your storage anyway
