  3. i wouldn't trust the freedom index .they are right about china but they rank countries like Norway the uk and Canada Australia too high and the usa and japan and Poland and certain african countries too low. but there are more restrictions on the media on most western European countries and uk common wealth countries compared to most of eastern Europe .
