  1. why are there so any programming languages anyway ? this is just a small fraction i know some of them have handy tricks and gimmicks like php and JavaScript were made for websites. java exists because you can run a java program on different systems without changing much . but why does python and Perl and ada and go and Haskell and typescript and dart and so on exist ? there is probably a good reason and i am just uneducated.
