  18. the soviet busses were ruined by communism but the American busses were ruined by capitalism since both countries had horrible busses at least in America it was easier to get a car .but western Europe and some Asian countries had the best ones these days the west European public transport is going down hill too . in some central European countries it got better but in others it got worse or stayed the same
