Ukraine could have been great but Russia couldn't accept it the rest of central Europe joined NATO and the eu .but Ukraine hoped they could be neutral since the west is not exactly perfect and they are big enough for it to work unlike the Baltic states. but they didn't expect the Russians to still hold a grudge over the past and this unfortunately sends a message to all European countries that you must do what American wants since the alternative is still worse regardless .

  3. it must have been so interesting seeing your country being founded. my country was founded in 1830 so nobody alive today remembers it. but there is a big separatist movement here but i doubt they will ever win since many people here think nationalism is the ultimate evil i am not sure of they are good or bad myself.

  5. we should be more like Ukraine but it was strange seeing the media made an exception. they are always going to be fine with Indian nationalism or Turkish nationalism but i thought they would never support it for a European country

America and Austria are kind of an exception since they took over the entire continent with very few natives remaining because of the huge technological advantage .its way harder to do that in most of history they couldn't even do it in Africa and south east Asia were the technology gap was about 1000 yeas compared to a 10.000 year gap with native Americans. the only way such a thing can happen again is if it involves aliens
