  1. strange because in south Africa it has become like the Netherlands were almost everyone knows basic English and they don't even make tv shows or movies in zulu. in other parts of Africa this is less severe. especially in countries that were part of France or Portugal or have Arabic influence. but for all its flaws Africans tend to be good at learning languages compared to eastern Europeans and Asians and Latinos .
