  15. My laptop with windows 10 the cpu is 100x faster it has 30x more ram but just as slow as my 2008 laptop at least my desktop is fast because it has a ssd but it randomly crashes so i need to reboot it every few hours i love computers.

  16.  @volvo09  Well xp and earlier versions of windows also had high system requirements bit in the early 2000s many people who did not know much about computers or did not want to spend much on it got their first computer so they could use the internet. In the 90s most pc users where more willing to spend a lot of money on new hardware and learn things about how the computer works because a computer was still seen as a luxury but this changed in the 2000s these new pc users where very annoyed when their 2003 xp rig could not handle vista.

  45. they should get rid of the books you can find them in other places anyway a lot of them are still in print the wayback machine is the most important thing they have by far .there are no equivalents of it that go back to pre 2010 and i don't see how these books could have saved anyone in 2020.

  46. these days not only is most of the old internet wiped out but its much harder to make new websites now because people prefer to use the same platforms no matter what. and google discriminates against more minor sites now so if you want do do something that is not welcome on the top websites its much harder now than in the past . if you go on wikipedia and you try to click the links to the source 90% of the links are shut down but they are often (but not always) on the wayback machine going back to 2008 .nobody bothered to create a modern equivalent of this site. i think they should just get rid of the books its easy to archive them i got a collection of books that are way older than the internet from when computers were as big as a house or didn't exist at all and they are in great condition. but some of the late 90s books reference websites and they are ofcourse nowhere to be found and were shut down less than a year after the book came out. there was one from 2004 that is really funny it was the encyclopaedia that never becomes out of date because you can print out the new versions .but they shut their site down in 2006

Really bizarre so this will be an official feature not just something made by the players i know with older kids games most of the players will just be nostalgic adults like the average runescape player used to be 13 now its 30 same with club penguin there are ways to play it but most people playing it today are 20 somethings .the Pokémon fanbase has also gotten old but pokemon is not online .but if you were a grown man or a teenager playing Pokémon in the late 90s it was seen as unacceptable. roblox is strange because it came out in 2006 but i have not heard about it until somewhere in the mid 2010s. so i am not sure if the average Roblox player has gotten older or everyone who played in 2006 just quitted or the game was just too obscure in the early days and its way more popular now. anyway the game is still seen as a pure kids game and its not really associated with 2000s nostalgia most people think its a more recent thing .
