I know that in china nobody could afford video games until the late 90s but video games have been around for 50 years now and they are still freaking out about video game addiction when someone plays for 10 minutes when its raining outside .i would blame boomers but i see people that are only 10 years older than me and are not old enough to remember a time before video games saying the same stuff as their parents and grandparents. with tv in the 50s 60s 70s some people wanted to ban it too but by 1990 nobody wanted to do that anymore.
